Account Access

ManualUniverse provides registration and login features. The public site also describes account-based Manual Universe Club features for storing and organizing manuals.

If you are having trouble accessing your account, submit a request and choose Account Access. Explain whether the issue relates to registration, login, or access to your account features.

The Terms state that users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Never include your password in a support request. Also never provide a full card number, CVV/security code, or PIN.
