Cancel Subscription

ManualUniverse's public FAQ states that you can cancel a subscription immediately by using the cancellation button in your account settings.

If you can access your account, open your account settings and use the cancellation option shown there.

If you cannot complete the cancellation from your account or need support with the process, submit a request and choose Cancel Subscription. Provide the email address associated with the request, the required card-identification digits, and a clear description of the cancellation issue.

Do not include your password, full card number, CVV/security code, or PIN in the request.

Cancellation support and refund requests are separate matters. This article does not promise a refund or any particular billing outcome.
