ManualUniverse charges are for access to the site's search and manual-database services, not for ownership of the manuals themselves.

The public site currently advertises a $1.99 Trial Pass for 3 days and a $39.99 Monthly Access plan. The billing/statement descriptor for this Help Center is manual-universe.com.

If you do not recognize a charge or need help identifying which access plan it relates to, submit a request and choose Charge Inquiry. Include the email address associated with your request, the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the relevant card, and a description of what you need help with.

For security, never send a full card number, CVV/security code, PIN, or password.

A Charge Inquiry asks support to identify or explain a charge. It does not by itself guarantee a refund or any other outcome.
